Inspired by the need to foster resilience and connection during the Los Angeles County COVID-19 lockdown in my neighborhood, I created this quick interactive installation for my neighbors to share where they have found gratitude during the pandemic. Up for 4 weeks along a well-trafficked street, neighbors routinely stopped by to contribute their thoughts and read others pieces of gratitude. It was a simple and powerful way to inspire self reflection, meaning making, and community during an isolating and fearful time.
